I'll also point out that Mike did not push for instate tuition for "illegal immigrants". There were plenty of prerequists to jump through...among them was that they had to be applying for citizenship and would be citizens before attending college...which is what I thought we wanted in the first place. I agree with his plan...especially his continued strong push for the FairTax as an answer to the immigration problem! What other candidate would make that connection!
