Huckabee Best’s Hillary
And now we've got the poll to prove it!
Well, my my my!!
Seems like we scream something long enough, ie "Huck is the most electable!!", and low and behold, we have been proven correct!
This is great news for a couple of reasons.
First, we've got a debate on Wednesday night. Can't you just see one of the YouTube questions being asked to Huckabee saying "I like you, buy I'm concerned you can't win". Wouldn't that be a hit out of the park! Even if that question isn't asked, I'm sure Mike will find a way to weave it into his answers.
This is instant credibility.
He's got a 5 point lead over Clinton (1st place of GOP)
He's at a 6 point loss to Obama (tied for 2nd with Romney, behind Giuliani's 5...but Giuliani is down 1 point from earlier in the year and is trending down. Romney has risen 5 points to be where he is, Huckabee has risen from, well, non-existance to be where he is. I like the trends)
He's at a 1 point loss to Edwards (tied for 2nd with Giuliani, behind McCain's tie...but Edwards only gets to 43% against Huckabee vs 44% with Giuliani. Again, trend is in Huck's favor there.)
It also is a positive for Huckabee that in the two instances he is tied for second place amongst the GOP candidates, he's tied with a different candidate...one of whom (Romney) does worse than Huckabee in the other poll Huck's second in, and the other (Giuliani) is in a last place tie by point differential against Hillary and is trending downward.
I don't see any negative at all in this poll for Mike!
It is also showing that the GOP is making a comeback because the Dems are failing miserably in power!
