Huckabee’s Entire Speech
Ladies and Gentleman,
I present to you at long last...CONTEXT. Mike Huckabee is NOT a tax and spend liberal. Arkansas had a situation that in many ways was out of it's control. The Governor acted responsibly, fixed the problems, and set up the ability for future tax decreases.
